Eugenio Severin, from Chile, said: "The truth is that in this Costa Rica is more advanced than Chile, the logic of transforming an educational system effectively and that helps students to develop skills and competencies needed to live society XXI century is a very recent practice, two or three projects in the world and one is moving this ATC21S, in which Costa Rica is the only Latin American country participating and other countries should look at what Costa Rica has been learning in these years and take the lessons to grow in our own systems".
