Being offline is now a real problem. The digital divide between those who have access to computers and digital devices and those who are not huge. Find jobs, and learn to communicate with friends or relatives is different for both. This is not just social issues, but also political. And, having seen this, both National level in the City of Buenos Aires began to implement projects aimed in principle to shrink that gap, and longer term, make it disappear.
