Being offline is now a real problem. The digital divide between those who have access to computers and digital devices and those who are not huge. Find jobs, and learn to communicate with friends or relatives is different for both. This is not just social issues, but also political. And, having seen this, both National level in the City of Buenos Aires began to implement projects aimed in principle to shrink that gap, and longer term, make it disappear.

Invest in technology in education is not just buying and maintaining of computers, warn experts. We must invest in teacher training, so that they acquire more skills with the devices, and plan spending, prioritizing equipment that can be used with quality in classrooms.
